From first call to finished roadmap

Every engagement follows a clear sequence. You always know what happens next and who is responsible.

Consultants meeting with a client sales team around a conference table
  1. Initial conversation (30 minutes, free)

We learn about your team size, industry, current CRM, and the specific friction you are experiencing. You learn whether an audit, pipeline review, or coaching engagement fits. No preparation required beyond honesty about what is not working.

  2. Scoping and proposal (3–5 business days)

We send a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and fee. For audits, this includes the number of interviews, workshop dates, and travel requirements if applicable.

  3. Engagement letter and deposit

Once you accept, we issue an engagement letter and invoice the deposit (50% for audit projects). Coaching engagements invoice monthly in advance.

  4. Discovery phase

We schedule rep interviews, request CRM access, and observe live meetings. Your team's time commitment is typically 45 minutes per interview and one half-day for the workshop.

  5. Draft and review

We share draft recommendations for your team's markup. The best process documents have tracked changes from reps — that means people are engaging with the content.

  6. Delivery and handover

Final documents, leadership presentation, and a 30-day check-in call. We answer implementation questions during the handover window included in your fee.

What we need from you

  • A single point of contact with authority to schedule rep interviews
  • View access to your CRM (read-only is sufficient)
  • Calendar blocks for workshops — we cannot facilitate around constant rescheduling
  • Willingness to hear uncomfortable pipeline truths
